On Silent Child’s final track, ADHD, before his Graduation EP drop, the vocalist, songwriter and producer gets deep, personal and earnest about exactly what the title of the track suggests he’s talking about. “I guess I’d describe the song as being empowering. It’s basically just a big F U to ADHD,” he says.
Continuing from the above, Silent Child says, “Sonically, the vibe, tone and feel of the verses are laid back, whereas the chorus is strong and high energy. I did this intentionally. I wanted the verses to be more chill, with the main parts of the song sounding more ‘hyperactive‘ to reflect what the song is about lyrically. Lots of word play that rounds out the EP.”
