CloudKid Presents DROELOE - Holiday (feat. Ponette)
Fresh morning breezes are still a part of the agenda for Dutch producer, composer, and multi-instrumentalist, DROELOE, well after his previous release on CloudKid. Since we last saw, he’s been active on the road, touring the United States and already gearing up to hit the road again to wrap up the summer. That movement narrative, or as he describes, ‘flow state,’ is one of the larger themes of his next track on the label — an energetic, playful, “house track with the groove of a train that stops for nothing,” he continues, on ‘Holiday,’ featuring vocals by Norwegian act, Ponette.
DROELOE says, “This song is about surrendering yourself to a form of flow state that’s a more ‘just doing not thinking‘ mindset. I personally find this mental state necessary from time to time, especially when I experience a lack of clear headspace and when there’s a lot going on.”
