CloudKid Presents Felix Lean, Anna Cotter - Broken Ones
CloudKid is thrilled to announce the arrival of a new artist on CloudKid, Felix Lean. At only 17 years old, Felix has already made a name for himself with his distinct musical style that combines elements from various genres. Felix’s music is all about expressing his emotions and feelings. Each of his songs is unique in its own way and showcases his personal touch. He has a rather edgy style and refuses to be boxed into any particular genre.
Starting off with his debut single ‘Broken Ones’, accompanied by Anna Cotter’s luscious vocals, the song speaks to the state of mind of a protagonist who has been deeply hurt. Instead of letting this pain break them, the protagonist decides to take revenge. To hide from the pain, the person tries to put on a façade of evil. When describing the song, Felix says, “This track is 100% us. It’s as authentic as it can get. We originally started working on this song when we were 14 years old. Over the years, we put our heart, blood, sweat, and tears into this song. I tried more than 20 different ideas for the drop, but it just never felt right. Two years later, it finally clicked.”
