We're risk-takers, problem solvers and boundary pushers. We're a gung-ho team of imaginative, curious and fearless artists, creating amazing interactive experiences with all the tools that modern technology has to offer. And we're having boatloads of fun while we're at it.
CloudKid's history began when Dave Schlafman and Matt Moore met at the Massachusetts College of Art in 2001. Through a string of successful creative collaborations, Dave and Matt discovered that their strengths and skills complemented each other's perfectly. Matt accentuated his artistic talents with tech know-how. Dave's runaway imagination fueled his never-ending creative bursts. And they loved eating burritos together.
After graduation, Matt honed his creative technology skills out in Los Angeles, while Dave continued to develop his design and animation talents back in Boston. When the two reunited a few years later, they were ready to transform their shared vision into a living, breathing studio that would take storytelling and interactive media to a whole new stratosphere. The result was us—CloudKid!
